Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
Alaska, Hawaii, Other US Territories

ALASKA, GUAM, APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESS DELIVER

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipment deliveries to Alaska, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, and DPO Boxes.

Some locations in Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories. *We regret we are unable to ship to Palau.

P.O. Boxes
Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes , but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.

International Locations
We’re sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact us at info@allnaturalmarketskincare.com. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. Only products purchased on allnaturalmarketskincare.com may be returned.

Print It
Print the label from your email.

Pack It
Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

Ship It
Take the package to any USPS location or request a pickup by contacting USPS via https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm. Full instructions are included in the return label email.

If you received the item as a gift and wish to return or exchange it for another item, please contact our Consumer Care Department at info@allnaturalmarketskincare.com.

Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed. WHEN AN EXCHANGE IS REQUESTED IT IS COMPLETED IN TWO STEPS:

1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange. Two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange.

Damaged Items
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible via email at info@allnaturalmarketskincare.com.

Online Purchase
We can only accept returns for items purchased through https://www.allnaturalmarketskincare.com/ Online. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the third-party retailer directly.
